Austin Children's Dentistry operates three pediatric dental offices in Austin, Round Rock, and Leander.

The practice provides general pediatric dental services as well as cosmetic dentistry for children, including ceramic crowns, veneers, resein fillings, removable prosthesis, and teeth whitening.

Austin Children's Dentistry also offers various levels of sedation, including nitrous oxide, conscious sedation, and deep sedation (general anesthesia).

About John R. Updyke, DMD - Dr. Updyke has been practicing pediatric dentistry in the Austin area since the mid 1970s. He specializes in early orthodontic treatment and cosmetic dentistry for children. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville and received Pediatric Dental training at Ohio State University and the Children's Hospital of Columbus. He is a member of the following affiliations: American and Texas Dental Associations, Capital Area Dental Society, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

About Deepa Naik, DDS - Dr. Naik is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is Board certified. She received her BDS from the University of Bangalore and her DDS from UC-San Francisco and completed a residency program @ Pediatric Dentistry at University of California, Los Angeles

About Kim Hoang, DDS - Dr. Hoang received a B.A. in economics at the University of Washington and her DDS degree at UC-San Francisco as well as a master or science in dentistry at UT Health Sciences in Houston. She served in community clinics in San Francisco and Oakland before moving to Texas. She is board certified and experienced with various dental sedation techniques.

About Dr. Michael Melanson, DMD - Dr. Melanson's undergraduate alma maters included both BYU and Portland State. He is fluent in Spanish and has lived in South America. He earned his DMD from the Oregon Health & Science University. He has been involved in the Special Olympics and participated in a pediatric dental mission to Cambodia.

About Dr. Diana Drvostep, PDS - Dr. Drvostep graduated from Villanova and received dental training at both the University of Oklahomoa and New York University.
