A festival dedicated to beer and barbecue? What could possibly be better? This popular festival has bounced around in time and place. It used to be held in Austin at Waterloo Park. But it's seemed to have found a home at the Buda City Park just south of Austin (see map below). The event started in out being held in the spring, moved to the 4th of July back in 2010, but is now being held on Labor Day for 2011 (September 4, 2011). And the event has a ton of attractions and activities . . .
