Eat the Heat is an annual progressive cocktail party organized by the Austin Chapter of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). In addition to a fun evening full of great food and drinks, the annual gala also functions as a fundraiser for a local Austin charity .

The 2012 fundraising recipient is The Smile Never Fades .

The theme for 2012 is "Heat Up The Night."
