March 6, 2010 (Saturday) University of Texas at Austin 11am - 5pm (special early bird activities @ 9am) Admission - Free Billing itself as "The Biggest Open House in Texas", Explore UT has grown from its 1999 inception as "UT Interactive" into an exciting and ambitious annual Austin event. The concept is rather straightforward. Since the University of Texas belongs to the people of Texas, why not open it up once a year and invite everyone over for a visit? Although the event is geared towards future Longhorns from the current K-12 crowd from school districts in surrounding counties, along with their parents and teachers, the event is open to all Texans.
