The Paramount 5K, also known as the Break a Leg 5K, is a running event benefiting the historical Austin non-profit Paramount Theatre.

The course is a looped course, beginning and ending near the Paramount Theatre on Congress Avenue.
Although the race is open to all runners and walkers, awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in a variety of age brackets as well as awards for overall race winners.
